Alerts and Updates:

MARSH DISCOVERY TRAIL in DeKorte Park in Lyndhurst will be open for guided walks on Thursdays, from Noon until 1:30 p.m., until repairs begin. Please call Jim Wright at 201-460-2002 or email Jim.Wright@njmeadowlands.gov if you have questions. Walks will be rain or shine and participants should meet at the gate near the park entrance.

MILL CREEK MARSH PARK in Secaucus is now open.

Damage from the March 2010 Storms has resulted in Trail Closings
The following trails and parks will be closed until further notice:

The Marsh Discovery Trail in DeKorte Park in Lyndhurst is closed to the public excluding
guided walks as noted above.

DeKorte Park’s Saw Mill Creek Trail has limited access via the park’s Lyndhurst Nature Reserve (south of the administration building). The Disposal Road entrance -- at North Arlington Scenic Overlook -- is locked.

Carlstadt’s River Barge Park is now entirely closed to the public to allow for construction of the new marina, which will continue through the summer. Please stay tuned for updates.
