Bergen County Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan

The NJMC is working with the Bergen County Office of Emergency Management (BCOEM) to prepare the Bergen County Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan.  The Plan will include all 70 municipalities within Bergen County. The Federal Emergency Management Agency has mandated that all jurisdictions prepare a mitigation plan in order to receive federal Hazard Mitigation Grant funding in the event of a natural disaster.
